Our major work with Junior Colleges and Tertiary Institutions started in 2006 when we were tasked to conduct a level wide leadership training for NYJC. The training required us to conduct Personal Leadership training for 800+ J1 students. Since then, we have been diligently working with them to develop and deliver great programs.
We were privileged to have been involved in the following major programs:
1.    Level Wide Personal Leadership Workshop for NYJC and PJC.
2.    Trained the Student Orientation Leaders of PJC, MJC and IJC for Pre-University Seminar.
3.    Customised and Conducted the Learn-To-Lead Module for Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
4.    Mentoring Mazarine Leaders of Temasek Junior College in their Service Learning Project.
5.    Conducted Team Bonding Workshop for post graduate students in their MBA programme for Nanyang Business School.
