Since our humble beginning in 2002, the company has grown strength-to-strength. Till date we had worked with more than 20,000 youths. With our expansion into Primary Schools and Corporate World, we are set to see further growth.

Through our interactions with schools and their quest for a more developmental approach to leadership development, we had developed our "Leadership Pinnacle" model. This is an unique in-house researched and developed model using the UDL approach: Unified, Developmental and Layered. The model provides a platform for a whole school holistic and developmental approach to leadership training.

Our Corporate Division had grown into a full pledge company, "Horizons Training". It will extend to the corporate world our unique approach of "Awareness The Fun Way", facilitating meetings through activities and as well as coaching trainings.

2009 is predicted to be a financially challenging year. We believe this is the time for more care, support and growth. The company will continue to focus our effort in research, development and growing our staff to deliver even more effective as well as impactful trainings.

Together, I am confident and certain we can scale the "wall" of 2009.

Leadership Beliefs

We believe strongly in a set of leadership beliefs that distinguished us as a preferred leadership training partner. Our staff embody these beliefs in our daily life and inspire others to follow.


Leadership By CHOICE
We believe that everyone is a leader and must consciously make a choice to be a leader. With the conscious choice made, the leader is now on the road
to learn, explore and elevate individual leadership attitude and skills.


Leadership Is An ATTITUDE
Attitude is a way of living and which differentiates a leader from a follower. It is the pillar supporting the acquiring of any skills and sustaining them, creating the desirable relationship and accomplishing of tasks.


Leadership Starts From ME
We believe firmly that leadership starts from ME. This belief encourages accountability and ownership. It directs leader’s attention to “What Can I Do?” and to create the necessary changes to propel the team forward.


Leadership By EXAMPLE
A leader of an organization is set apart from other organizations’ leaders by living the qualities of an organisation by example. The leader embodies the
qualities of the organization.


Leadership Skills Can Be ACQUIRED
Leadership skills are management skills. Therefore skills can be acquired through learning, repetitions and constant practicing.
