iSEE is a level wide workshop designed to give every participant an opportunity for leadership training. It is designed with a unique combination of 60% of activities, 10% of lectures and 30% of de-briefing. Participants will have many experiences in the areas of leadership, communication and self-management profiling. The profiling are achieved through interactive activities and in depth debriefing.

The trainer and facilitators will work closely with participants to achieve the following:
• Raise awareness on individual behaviour and communication profile through DISC.
• Adaptive leadership : Ability to adapt their profile to different situation.
• Create bonding and team spirit in their cohort.

The workshop is created based on two main concepts
• “Everyone is a leader”
– We believe that everyone is a leader. Most participants have misconceptions about roles and responsibilities of leaders. Through activities and explorations, the participants will experience the joy and excitement of being a leader.
• “Awareness Before Change”
– Without awareness of one’s automatic reaction, one has no choice. Thus by raising their awareness, they have an opportunity to choose how they would respond to situations.

Individualised Profile Report
Every participant will receive an Individualised Profile Report within 2 weeks of the camp. The school will receive the Master Profile Report. We encourage participants and schools to use the information provided to assist school/participants in making informed choices for further enrichment training.

We envision the possibility of IEP (Individualised Enrichment Program) to evolve from the camp as well as participants taking a personal interest in their leadership development.
