Generically, depending on the number of days and night available for the camp we will design the programme flow to meet your training needs. At the same time, we will consult with you regarding the training needs and get clearer picture of measurable outcomes. We must stressed that "LESS IS MORE", it is common for us to maximise the training hours by including many learning objectives, in chorus we must recognise as well "TOO MUCH, TOO FAST, WON'T LAST". We will work hand in hand with you to create an effective training programme flow.

In this interactive workshop, participants will examine the following through experiential activities:

1.      Awareness of THREE FACES of Low Self-Esteem

2.      Awareness of INNER CRITIC

3.      Challenging negative thoughts with POSITIVE THOUGHTS

4.      Practice Self Nurturing through CELEBRATION & AFFIRMATION.

5.   Seeing values of MY CONTRIBUTIONS to others

Elevating Self-Confidence

"Confidence & Fear Is A Package, Fear Is The Emotion When One Step Out Of Their Comfort Zone"

Instead of focusing that participants are not confidence, we will elaborate to them through the concepts of LEVEL OF WILLINGNESS and CHALLENGE that everyone is confidence.

LEVEL OF WILLINGNESS illustrates that there 5 level of willingness that will support us being more confidence. Our willingness to take on challenge and move ourselves up the level of willingness will gradually increase our self-confidence. When the level of challenge issued is too high, participants typically get stuck at LEVEL 1: I'M NOT WILLINIG TO DO IT. In reality, there is nothing to do with confidence, instead it has to do with the level of challenge is too high. Imagine challenging Sec 1 students to attempt ‘A' Level Maths subject.

In this workshop, we gradually increase the level of challenge and constantly encouraging participants to up their level of willingness to increase their self-confidence.
