Leadership Styles versus Team Stage
Tuckman’s model of team stage has been taught in many schools as well as in trainings. He asserted that every high performance team will propagate through four stages:Forming, Storming, Norming & Performing. Each of these stages has its purpose and importance. Leaders are trained to use
different leadership styles at different stages (Situational Leadership) to move the team forward.
