LEVEL WIDE LEADERSHIP TRAINING

iCHOOSE is a level wide leadership training that can accommodate up to 500 participants in a single session.
We maintain a low 1:12 facilitator to participants ratio to ensure high quality in-depth debriefing and learning process. It can operate in various structures that support the school/college requirements. The entire duration of the training is designed such that 60% of the time is activity base, 35% debriefing and 5% activity set up.

 

Objectives

Self-Leadership
Self-Leadership is about awareness followed by making a CHOICE. Personal goals are explored and the compelling “WHY” behind those goals are strengthened within the workshop. Participants are encouraged to make choices
and take risk to achieve their goal during the workshop.

 

Self-Discovery
In order for a leader to be aware of oneselves, others and the environment, level of self–awareness must be
amplified. A heightened state of self-awareness will facilitate self-discovery process. The workshop is designed
with thought provoking questions. Leveraging on questionings as supporting tools, participants venture into
an area of “I Don’t Know I Know” as well as “I Don’t Know I Don’t Know” where discovery is possible.

 

Leadership Value Training
The focus of the training is on “Leadership Value”. Value is of higher logical level then capabilities and behaviours.
Strengthening and shifting of value will create a lasting paradigm shift. In the workshop, these values are
strengthened: Commitment, Responsibility, Trust, Openness, Confidence and Risking.

 

“Inside Out” Approach
Participants’ “Inside Out” journey starts from intrapersonal to interpersonal relationship then gradually
evolving to team and organisation bonding. The end result will cement the team together strongly as everyone is
aware of their individual contribution. It will also ignite stronger school/college spirit.

 

Reflective Thinking
A culture of reflective thinking support continual life long self-learning. Participants in the workshop are frequently
engaged in processing of thoughts and feeling to take away deeper learning crucial for the success of individual and
team.

 

Follow Up (Highly Recommended)
After the successful completion of training, it is highly recommended for follow up sessions. Learning gained during
the workshop are further strengthened through peers and facilitator coaching.
