At the same time, we will consult with you regarding the training needs and get clearer picture of measurable outcomes. We must stressed that "LESS IS MORE", it is common for us to maximise the training hours by including many learning objectives, in chorus we must recognise as well "TOO MUCH, TOO FAST, WON'T LAST". We will work hand in hand with you to create an effective training programme flow.

Objectives
Awareness First
In alignment with Social Emotional Learning (SEL) approach, Self-Awareness is the first core competency. We create safe and fun learning environment to gently create awareness of automatic behaviours of individual through simple activities. The emotion and feeling arises through these behaviours are brought to light for participants to contemplate. Furthermore, having stronger self awareness allow individual to begin to better effect "Self Management" which is second core competency in SEL.
Self-To-Team
The first person we focus the learning toward is "ME". Activities are created to support participants to embarked on the journey of Self Discovery about themselves. By discovery, we assumed that whatever meant to be discovered is already in them. Our facilitators are great with asking questions. By asking questions, participants self discover what learning in them that would be valuable and serve them well.
With each individual taking ownership of one's action and what result they create with a team, we proceed to explore individual "addition" or "subtraction" to their respective team. Through processing of learning, participants begin to explore different ways they can contribute to the team and support the team to be successful to another level.
The process of moving from "Self Then Team", permits participants to examine their relationship skills as well as acknowledge that individual decision affect the team performance. This is aligned to the next two core competency in SEL: "Making Responsible Decisions" and "Relationship Skills".
Gradually Increase the Challenge
Risk: in our training context refer to personal risk. Example of personal risk in our daily life include giving honest feedback to others, apologising to others we had erred, speaking to person of authority, initiating conversation with unfamiliar peoples, making a unpopular decision and etc. A lot because we are uncertain about how others would react to us when we take a risk with others.
Risk is also experienced when a person step out of his/her comfort zone through taking up of bigger CHALLENGE. In the training, challenge level is bring up gradually. We metaphorically transfer the risking experience in our activity to participants' daily life challenges.
Concurrently, we must also recognise that everyone have different comfort zone size. An activity deems slightly uncomfortable for a person could be extremely uncomfortable for another. In order to create activities that are inclusive and support "Challenge By Choice", we offer different levels of participation for participants to choose. This approach also creates gradual increase of risk level. Other ways we increase the risk level gradually include starting all activities at low height prior to proceed to next height.
