IMPACT TEACHING TEACHING is designed and developed by Dr. Rich Allen (Director & Lead Trainer of SuperCamp). Dr. Rich has a Ph.D. in Education Psychology emphasizing on cognitive learning theory. He is the author of two books: IMPACT TEACHING and Train SMART. Various versions of this workshop have been conducted all over the world with great success. Workshop attendees walked away with useful and effective strategies to train smarter effortlessly.

This workshop will be one of the most memorable trainings you have ever attended.  You will have the opportunity for "in the moment" coaching and feedback. Each strategy will give you a chance to practise the skill and adapt as needed with support for effective implementation. This workshop is conducted using Brain-Based Learning strategies as well as hands on practice.

It follows a participation/theory/discussion format. When introducing each piece of content everyone is briefly involved in a demonstration during which all techniques are modelled. The research and theory behind each technique is then presented followed by a discussion about how each presenter can make the content useful in their current practice. After all, if you can't leave a training session with something USEFUL, you have wasted your time. Topics include:

●    The art of giving effective direction
●    Providing precise feedback
●    Designing lessons with Brain-Based Learning principles
●    Creating a non-threatening learning environment.
●    Effective use of music in the learning environment

●    Language of Clarity – the power of precise word choice
